Duties and Authorities:
1. Study, collect, link, and prepare knowledge management plans of the Ministry and the Office of the Permanent Secretary to develop a knowledge management model (KM) and innovation in natural resources and the environment for the sustainable management of natural resources and the environment, as well as organizing an annual academic meeting of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
2. Coordinate the reception and take action from the royal initiatives on natural resources and environmental projects.
3. Coordinate, plan, promote, support, and drive to expand the operation in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, government agencies, the private sector, the public sector, and relevant organizations both domestically and internationally to the royal initiatives, while establishing the network of cooperation for development according to the royal initiatives.
4. To be an information center about the royal initiative projects on natural resources and the environment, the philosophy of sufficiency economy to disseminate the knowledge according to the royal initiatives on natural resources and the environment.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.
