Duties and Authorities:
1. Curriculum Administration and conduct training by using digital technology to adapt to suit the situation according to government standards.
2. Determine guidelines and forms, and develop all levels of personnel to prepare them for promotion from lower level positions to higher positions according to the 'Career Development Plan' and prepare the 'Training Roadmap.'
3. Transfer knowledge from potential development both from external and internal curricula to disseminate and extend learning to society.
4. Develop a network for sustainable development of natural resources and the environment between government agencies, private sectors, various organizations, and relevant educational institutions in Thailand and abroad.
5. Prepare training course standard criteria.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned.
