Duties and Authorities:
1. Study, analyze, prepare, and drive the ministry personnel development plans, Office of the Permanent Secretary plans, government action plans, and other plans to achieve the goals of the national strategy according to the country's reform plans, the Ministry's master plans, and essential policies, as well as drive the project planning into action.
2. Analyze the necessity and need for human resource development to develop the curriculum and prepare the 'Career Development Plan.
3. Support the implementation of national strategies, national reform plans, ministry master plans, and government action plans, including other policies and programs.
4. Coordinate cooperation and conduct scholarship allocation, training, seminars, and work visits in Thailand and abroad, including the quality human resources management system.
5. Follow up and evaluate the personnel development plans, government action plans, and other related plans.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned.
