Duties and Authorities:
1. Study, analyze, collect, and transfer knowledge on natural resources and the environment for sustainable development.
2. Study, analyze, and make recommendations for personnel development policy, including developing a curriculum for personnel development of the Ministry.
3. Manage and maintain the museum of valuable wood knowledge.
4. Work in conjunction with or support the operations of relevant agencies or as assigned by the Permanent Secretary.
