Duties and Authorities:
1. Study, analyze, and develop the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Massive Open Online Course (MNRE MOOC) as a learning medium for internal and external personnel, including for the general public.
2. Manage information and information technology systems to support operations in transferring knowledge and innovation of natural resources and the environment.
3. Develop an automatic digital library system for quick access and convenient search, save storage space, providing knowledge information transmitted and disseminated to different people anywhere through a communications network or the internet.
4. Manage database, public relations, website, knowledge dissemination, and building cooperation to develop human resources inside and outside the country.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.
